Return Policy

You may return all undamaged items purchased at Zoptopz within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:
Any caps where the hang tags, hologram stickers, and packaging material have been removed. Special, limited edition caps may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

However, Zoptopz Inc. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Zoptopz Inc. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING AND SHIPPING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The List Price may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day or as may be available from Zoptopz partners, retailers, or affiliatges. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Zoptopz Inc. will charge credit cards immediately upon the order and ship products within 72 hours of the order.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Zoptopz Inc. Third-party sellers may follow different policies from those stated above.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Zoptopz Inc..com or to products or services sold or distributed by Zoptopz Inc. or through Zoptopz Inc..com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Baltimore City, Baltimore, MD, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
